SAKMO Technologies (“Sakmo.net")

1. Introduction

SAKMO Technologies (“Sakmo.net”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is your ultimate career destination for AI-powered interview preparation, CV/GAP analysis, and technical skills assessment.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Services (as defined below) in any manner, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with SAKMO Technologies (Sakmo.net) as outlined in these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms also include our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Services. If the applicable law in your country requires that you be older than 18, you must meet that minimum age requirement.


2. Services

The “Services” collectively include:

  • The Website (Sakmo.net and all subdomains).
  • AI Mock Interviews – Simulated interview experiences powered by artificial intelligence.
  • CV/GAP Analysis – AI-driven evaluation of your CV, Personal Statement, and Job Descriptions.
  • Technical Tests – AI-proctored coding and technical skills assessments.
  • Email communications, newsletters, user accounts, and any other products or services offered by Sakmo.net.

“Content” means any and all text, images, videos, audio, information, or other materials appearing on the Website, including CVs, Personal Statements, Job Descriptions, interview responses, and test answers submitted by you.


3. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you notice of the changes by posting an updated version online, updating the “Revised” date above, or by emailing you. Changes are effective as of the date we post them. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time without prior notice.


4. Accounts

You are not required to provide personal information unless you create an account. If you choose not to create an account, you may still access certain features as a visitor.

  • Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You must provide complete and accurate information when registering.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
  • You may not create an account for someone else or allow others to use your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at contact@Sakmo.net

Account Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time by emailing us. Upon cancellation, we will delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with GDPR, unless we are required by law to retain it.


5. Paid Services

The Services include free features (“Free Services”) and paid features (“Paid Services”). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

  • When you purchase Paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or handle any financial information.
  • Failure to pay will result in termination of the Paid Service.
  • Paid Services are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
  • Prices are subject to change, but we will honour the price you paid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Any unused Paid Services expire 12 months from the date of purchase.


6. Content Licenses

Your Content

We do not claim ownership of the Content you post. However, by posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and irrevocable licence to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any media now known or hereafter devised.

This licence is necessary for us to:

  • Provide and improve our AI services.
  • Train and enhance our AI models (using de-identified or aggregated data).
  • Share your Content with other users where applicable (e.g., mock interview playback for your own review).

You represent that you have the right to grant this licence.

⚠️ Important: We strongly recommend that you redact all personal identifiable information (PII) – such as your full name, address, phone number, date of birth, and national insurance/social security numbers – from your CVs, Personal Statements, and Job Descriptions before uploading them. Our AI evaluates your skills and experience – it does not need your personal details.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide are entirely voluntary, and we are free to use them without obligation to you.

We reserve the right to remove or block any Content at any time and for any reason.


Sakmo.net Content

The Website and Services also contain Content owned by us or our licensors (“JI Content”). We retain all rights, title, and interest in JI Content, including copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, patents, and trade secrets.

  • We grant you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view JI Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, or exploit JI Content without our prior written permission.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.


7. AI Services – Important Disclaimers

Our Services are fully AI-driven. There are no human Moderators, Interviewers, or Career Coaches involved in the assessment or feedback process.

  • The AI evaluates your responses, CV, and test answers based on algorithms and training data.
  • AI-generated feedback is for informational and practice purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of employment.
  • We do not guarantee that using our Services will result in a job offer, interview invitation, or any specific career outcome.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying any information or advice generated by the AI.


8. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of such websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.


9. Code of Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Use bots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or aggregate our Services.
  • Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious software.
  • Transmit, distribute, or submit confidential information about others.
  • Stalk, harass, or interfere with other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent yourself.
  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion, is objectionable or interferes with the proper functioning of the Services.


10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Services will be secure, error-free, or available at any particular time.
  • We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Services are free of viruses.
  • We do not warrant that the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.
  • Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakmo.net shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

  • Any lost profits, loss of data, loss of opportunities, or reputation.
  • Any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid us for accessing the Services during the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sakmo.net, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or purchase of the Services.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.
  • Your breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence.


13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom.

Arbitration Agreement: You and Sakmo.net agree to arbitrate any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, except for disputes where either party seeks equitable relief for unlawful use of intellectual property.

  • Disputes must be notified in writing within 30 days of arising.
  • Notice to us should be sent to legal@Sakmo.net
  • Arbitration will occur confidentially in London, United Kingdom by a single arbitrator.
  • You and we agree not to bring class actions or class arbitrations.


14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sakmo.net.
  • You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time without restriction.
  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision.
