Sakmo.net respects the privacy of our users. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information in connection with our AI-powered Services and our Website. By accessing our Website and/or using our services, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and to our Terms. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms have the meanings defined in the Terms.

Please note: This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected directly through our platform. We do not control third-party sites (e.g., external job boards) to which we may link. Information you submit there is governed by their own privacy policies.

We make our Services available to different types of users. The information we collect and how we use it may vary by user type.

  • Applicant/Member – An individual who uses our AI Mock Interview, CV/GAP Analysis, or Technical Test services.
  • Admin – An individual with administrative access to the platform.

Important: Our services are fully AI-driven. There are no human Moderators, Interviewers, or Career Coaches involved in the assessment, feedback, or review process.

Information We Collect

We collect certain information about users, including Personal Information, to fulfil our lawful business interests. “Personal Information” is any information related to an identified or identifiable person, such as name, email address, location data, or phone number.

You may browse the Website without providing Personal Information, but to use the core Services (Mock Interviews, CV Analysis, Technical Tests), you must register.

Important: AI Processing & Personal Data

Our AI services analyse the content you submit (CVs, Personal Statements, Job Descriptions, and interview responses).

  • We strongly encourage you to remove or redact any personal identifiable information (PII) – such as your full name, address, phone number, date of birth, or national insurance/social security numbers – from your CV, Personal Statement, or Job Descriptions before uploading them.
  • The AI evaluates your skills, experience, and responses – it does not need your personal details to function effectively.
  • Any personal information you choose to leave in your documents will be processed solely to provide you with the requested analysis and will not be shared with third parties except as described below.

  • Communicate with you (including service updates and promotional content – you may opt out).
  • Improve our AI models and overall user experience (using de-identified or aggregated data).
  • Administer surveys, contests, or promotions.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
  • Engage in analytics and targeted advertising (see below).

Payment Information

We do not collect, store, or handle any financial account information, credit/debit card details, or bank account numbers.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure payment interface, and your financial information is submitted directly to Stripe. We receive only a confirmation of payment success or failure, along with basic transaction details (e.g., amount, date, package purchased).

We do not have access to your full payment details at any time. Stripe’s collection and use of your financial information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
